摘  要:①目的探讨电刺激诱发的大鼠中央杏仁核(CeA)多巴胺(DA)释放量与性别的关系。②方法用快速周期伏安测定法,测定了电刺激腹侧背盖区(VTA)引起的不同性别动物CeA的DA释放量。③结果雌鼠和雄鼠CeA的DA释放量均具有刺激强度、刺激脉冲和刺激频率依赖关系;在相同刺激条件下,雌性大鼠DA释放量明显高于雄性。④结论大鼠CeA的DA释放量与电刺激参数有量效关系,而且部分受雌激素的控制。Objective To investigate the relationship between sex and dopamine(DA) release from central amygdaloid nucleus evoked by electric stimulation in rats. Methods In vivo fast cyclic voltammetry was used to measure DA release from male and female rats CeA. Results DA release in male and female rats was dependent upon the stimulation intensity, number of pulses and frequencies. With the same stimulation parameters, DA release from female rats was significantly higher than from male rats. Conclusion There is an input/output relation between DA release and electric stimulation parameters. And DA release was partly regulated by estrogen.
