摘　　要：宗师是在地方上设置的掌管宗室事务的官员,它是在掌管皇族事务的中央机构宗正寺的基础上发展而来的。宗师一职并非唐初始置,且宗师一职虽然称呼相同,但其地位与权力,历代各不相同。本文就其历史渊源及演变情况略作考述。＂Zongshi＂ was the officer who administered imperial clan＇ s affairs. It developed on the basis of ＂zongzheng＂ which is the central organization administering the affairs of imperial lineage people. In fact, ＂zongshi＂ Wash＇ t set up from the Tang Dynasty. Though the calling of the ＂zongshi＂ is same, it＇ s position and power are various in all dynasties. This article is a small textual research on it＇ s development in the different dynasties.
