摘　　要：特殊多模光纤如大芯径大NA值多模光纤广泛用于光纤通信与光纤传感领域。主要用作数据通信，能量耦合及信息传输，器件及设备间的互联与接续等。CVD工艺作为该种光纤的主要制造工艺目前己十分成熟。该文介绍了PCVD工艺实现该种光纤的原理及应用实例，指出PCVD工艺为此类耦合传输用大芯径大NA值多模光纤的制做提供了更大的参数选择范围，并符合光通信等领域发展对该类光纤越来越高的要求。Large core and large NA multi-mode fiber is widely used in optical fiber communication and sensor area, mainly used for data communication, energy coupling and information transmission, etc. CVD process has been the main manufacture method for this fiber. The PCVD method and principle for large core and large NA multi-mode fiber were introduced in this paper. The fiber parameters under the PCVD process were given also.
