摘　　要：目的：观察微波局部照射联合药物治疗带状疱疹的疗效和安全性。方法：100例带状疱疹患者采用双盲随机配对分为两组，治疗组采用微波局部照射联合阿昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹5O例，并与单用阿昔洛韦治疗50例的对照组比较。结果：治疗组明显缩短带状疱疹止疱、止痛、结痂时间及病程，疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．01），带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率比对照组明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论：用微波局部照射联合药物治疗带状疱疹是一种起效快，疗效较好，安全可靠的方法。Objective Observe the curative effect and safety for the Herpes Zoster combining local irradiation using Microwave with drugs. Methods Divided 100 examples of Herpes Zoster patients into two groups randomly, The 50 examples in study group was combining local irradiation using Microwave with Acyclovir, the other 50 examples in comparative group was using Acyclovir only. Results The morbid time of herpes zoster to stop growing, acesodyning, scabbing was shortened in study group, The curative effect was remarkably better than the comparative group （P〈 0.01）, the rate of sequela nerve ache of the Herpes Zoster was remarkably less than the comparative group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combining local irradiation using microwave with drugs for Herpes Zoster is a safe, effective and reliable method.
