摘　　要：目的：研究自体疣埋植治疗扁平疣及其对机体IL-2、γ-IFN的影响。方法：采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测IL-2、γ-IFN水平。结果：治疗前IL-2和γ-IFN水平均明显低于正常人对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后均显著升高（P〈0．05），与正常人对照组差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：自体疣埋植治疗扁平疣疗效好，其机理是能增强细胞免疫功能，导致疣体脱落。Objective To study autoimplantation on verruca plana and effects on IL-2, γ- IFN. Methods IL-2 and γ-IFN level were determined by ELISA. Results Compared with controls, IL-2 and IFN- γ level were significantly decreased before treatment （P〈0.05）. However, these indicators were shown significantly increased after treatmeat （P〈0.05）. And There was no obvious differences from the controls （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The effect of autoimplantation in case with verruca plana is good in treatment. The warts are rejected by the improvement of cellular immunity.
