摘 要:目的:探讨短时间内大量输血对血清钾的影响。方法:从2004年1月~2005年12月,收集我院因各种原因需要大量输血的病例25例,分析其在输血前、输血中、输血后血清钾的变化。结果:25例患者在输血前、中、后血清钾分别为(4.25±0.7)mmol/L、(3.83±0.72)mmo1/L、(3.86±0.99)mmo1/L,24例未超出正常范围,且数值偏低,其中7例小于3.5mmo1/L。仅2例血清钾大于5.5mmo1/L。结论:短期内大量输血可引起低钾血症。Objective To research the influence in short-term massive transfusion to serum kalium ion level. Methods From January 2004 to december 2005, collecting 25 patients in our hospital who need to be massive transfusion for certain reason, and analyzing the change of serum kalium ion level in pre-transfusion, midst-transfusion and post-transfusion. Results 25patients' serum kalium ion level is (4.25±0.7)mmol/ L, (3.83 ± 0.72)mmol/L, (3.86 ± 0.99)mmol/L .Respectively in pre-transfusion, midst-trans-fusion and post-transfusion, 24patients' results fluctuate in normal range and tend to lower level, 7 of them lower than 3.5mmol/L, only two patient's result exceeds 5.5mmol/ L. Conclusion Massive transfusion in short-term can induce kalippenia.
