摘　　要：Matlab具有强大的数值分析和运算功能,在科学与工程计算的多个领域都有着广泛的应用.C#是一种最新的、面向对象的编程语言.因此如果把Matlab的程序加入到自已的C#及其它语言编制的程序中,将大大减少编程的工作量、保证程序的准确性,并且继承C#良好的用户界面.讨论了一种C#与Matlab混合编程在数值分析中的应用方法.Matlab is very strong in numeriead analysis and computation, the use of which is widespread in various fields. C# is one of the new and object-oriented programming language. Therefire, C# together with the matlob procedure will reduce programming work and guarantee the accurancy of the program. An application method is discussed in this paper.
