摘　　要：《诗经》是我国文学史上的第一部诗歌总集,标志着中国古代文学脱离原始状态,步入成熟时期,其中抒发情感的“诗言志”成为中国诗歌的开山纲领。然而,这种抒情却又是有节制、有限度的蕴藉含蓄之情,表达出一种情理兼容的“中和”之美,形成温柔敦厚的诗风,成为历代文论的批评内容,并且影响到后世诗歌的创作。The Book of Songs is the first total collection of literature history in our country, which stands for the Chinese ancient literature has stepped in to mature period from the primenal situation. The poem which uses words to express one＇ s emotion becomes the first and guiding principle of china poetry, but this kind of lyricism is controlled and limited with reserved and refined sentiment and also expressed the beauty of emotion and reason. Besides, it forms a poem style of gentlencss and honesty, which becomes the critical content of all previons dynasties and influences the later generations poetry creation.
