摘　　要：目的：探讨纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）引导插管在急诊困难气管插管中的配合体会。方法：28例急诊困难气管插管患者均采用经纤支镜引导下经鼻气管插管。结果：所有喉镜明视下经口插管失败的患者改用纤支镜引导下经鼻气管插管，均获成功。结论：纤支镜引导插管对急诊困难气管插管时要注意术中配合及护理。Objective To explore the fiberoptic intubation in management of the acute difficult airway. Methods Introductory intubation with fiberbronchoscope through the nose was adopted in all 28 cases which were failed through the mouth. Results All cases were successful. Conclusion When Fiberoptic Intubation is used in management of the acute difficult airway, we should pay attention to coordinate and care.
