摘  要:利用多重网格技术,研究了表面粗糙度对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮非牛顿热弹流润滑的影响。从同一啮合线和不同啮合时刻两方面,分别讨论了粗糙峰和粗糙谷对直齿圆柱齿轮弹流润滑的影响,并且将这些解与光滑解进行比较。结果表明,粗糙峰和粗糙谷分别给接触区内带来了压力的单峰和双峰,但对膜厚的影响却不大。With the multi-grid method, the influences of surface roughness on the non-Newtonian thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of involute spur gear were investigated. The effects of bump and groove were analyzed respectively, and the effects of the same contact line and different engaging points were discussed. The results with bump and grove were compared with those of smooth surfaces. It is found from the numerical results that, the single spike and double spikes appear due to the bump and groove in the distribution of pressure, and there are few changes in the distribution of the film thickness.
