摘 要:采用雄性Wistar大鼠35%Ⅲ度烧伤模型,于伤前、伤后共8个时点,分别检测血浆、皮肤创面及心、肺、肝、肾、肠5种脏器的内皮素-1(ET-1)含量。实验发现,血浆ET-1含量伤后1h升高,8h达到峰值,并持续升高直至伤后24h(P<0.05)。皮肤ET-1伤前值高于5种脏器的2.3~11倍,伤后1h显著升高(P<0.01),8h达到峰值。5种脏器ET-1水平在伤后8h达到峰值(P<0.01),其中以肠、肺升高为著。推断烧伤早期血浆中ET-1异常升高,可能主要来自于皮肤创面,其次来自于上述5种脏器。The level of ET 1 in the plasma and five organs (heart,lung,liver,kidney and intestine) and burned skin were measured by specific radio immunoassay ( 125 Ⅰ)in Wistar rats with 35% TBSA Ⅲ° burn.The rats were divided in eight different time groups.It was found that severe burn often led to a rise of ET 1 in the plasma and five organs 72 hours postburn.The contents of ET 1 in skin were higher than that in plasma and five organs.The results indicated that the high contents of ET 1 in plasma may be contributed by burned skin and five organs.
