摘　　要：介绍了我国实行供暖计量收费的现状,提出了我国实行供暖计量收费的必要性和可能性,分析了我国实行供暖计量收费存在的问题,阐述了采暖计量收费的优点,指出实行供暖计量收费有助于提高用户的节能意识,对推广住宅商品化有重要意义。This paper introduces the present condition of implementing warm heating meterage in our country, proposes the necessity and probability of its implementation, analyzes its existing problems, illustrates its advantages, and points out that implementing warm heating meterage can increase energy saving consciousness of consumers and has significance to promote residential commercialization.
