摘  要:目的探讨灵芝多糖对DOCA高血压大鼠主动脉NADPH氧化酶活性的影响。方法药物处理:取自DOCA高血压大鼠或假手术大鼠的主动脉在体外用灵芝多糖溶液(200μg/m l)处理30 min后,用荧光法测定其内皮细胞NADPH氧化酶的活性,对照组则用不含灵芝多糖的溶液处理。结果与假手术大鼠比较,灵芝多糖可明显抑制DOCA高血压大鼠主动脉内皮细胞NADPH氧化的活性。结论灵芝多糖可抑制DOCA高血压大鼠主动脉NAD-PH氧化酶的活性。Objective To investigate the effect that ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides is to NAADPH axidase in aortas of DOCA salt hypertensive rats. Methods Aortas from deoxycorticosterone acetate (DOCA) - salt or sham rats were treated with Gl - PS (200 μ/ml) for 30 minutes in vitro for activity determination of NADPH oxidase. Aortic NADPH oxidase activity was measured with the lucigenin (5× 10^-6mol/L) chemiluminescence assay using 10^-4 mol/L of substrate NADPH. Results Aortic NADPH oxidase activity was significantly increased in deoxycorticosterone acetate ( DOCA ) - salt hypertensive rats compared with sham rats. Gl - PS treatment significantly inhibited NADPH oxidase activity in aortas of DOCA - salt hypertensive rats. Conclusion The result indicates that Gl -PS significantly reduced NADPH oxidase activity in aortas of DOCA salt hypertensive rats.
