摘  要:采用抑制型电导离子色谱法检测电镀液中的常见阴离子.色谱条件是:IonPacAS11-HC阴离子交换色谱柱,淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生KOH梯度淋洗,抑制型电导检测.检测限(S/N=3)在0·29—15·3μg·l-1,阴离子F-,Cl-,MSA-,NO3-,SO42-,PO43-和CrO42-的线性范围均在两个数量级以上,RSD在5%以下,回收率为92%—110%,具有灵敏度高,选择性好,重现性佳等特点,用于实际样品的检测,结果令人满意.Anions in plating relative solutions were separated by ion chromatography and detecting anions by suppressed conductivity detector simultaneously. The separations of common anions were obtained by IonPac AS11-HC column which is a high capacity anion-exchange column and KOH gradient which was generated by EG50 Eluent Generator was selected. The method detection limit( S/N =3 )for all seven anions are from 0. 29μg·l^-1 to 15.3μg·l^-1 ; all seven calibration curvesare linear over two orders of magnitude; RSDs are lower than 5 % while the recoveries are between 92 % and 110 %. This method possesses of the advantages of high sensitivity, distinguished selectivity, good reproductivity and being friendly to the environment.
