苦参素注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:验证苦参素注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法：苦参素注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎64例，其中慢性迁延性肝炎（CPH）13例，慢性活动性肝炎（CAH）42例，CAH伴早期肝硬化（CAH＋LC）9例；与α干扰素（IFN－α）治疗的慢性乙型肝炎52例（CPHS例，CAH38例，CAH＋LC6例）比较。结果：苦参素组丙氨酸转移酶复常率81．6％，胆红素复常率69．9％，IFN－α组分别为73．7％和64．0％（P＞0．05）。苦参素组HBeAg阴转率44．4％，HBVDNA阴转率45．3％；IFN－α组分别为48．0％和51．9％（P＞0．05）。苦参素组中CAH患者HBeAg和HBVDNA阴转率分别为61．0％和61．9％，而CPH分别为15．4％和15．4％，CAH＋LC分别为11．1％和11．1％（P＜0．05）。苦参素治疗患者除肌注部位轻度疼痛外，未见其他不良反应。结论：苦参素注射液有希望成为治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效药物。To investigate the effectiveness of kurorinone injection in the treatment of patientswith chronic hepatitis B. Methods: Sixty-four patients with chronic hepatitis B, consisting of 13 chronicpersistent hepatitis (CPH), 42 chronic active hepatitis (CAH) and 9 CAH with early liver cirrhosis (CAH+LC), were treated with kurorinone intramuscularly. Fifty-two cases of chronic hepatitis B treated with in-terferon-a(IFN-a) were used as c0ntr0l(8 CPH, 38 CAH and 6 CAH+LC)- Results: It was revealed thatthe elevated serum alanine amin0transferase (ALT) and bilirubin(SB) decreased t0 normal level at a rate 0f81. 6% and 69. 9% in kurorinone group, whi1e 73. 7 % and 64. 0% in IFN-a group(P>0. 05).The serumnegative-convertion rate of HBeAg and HBV DNA were 44, 4% and 45. 3% in kurorinone group, while48. 0% and 51. 9 % in IFN-a group (P>0. 05 ). Among kurorinone group, the serum negative-c0nvertionrate of HBeAg and HBVDNA were 61. 0% and 61. 9% in CAH cases, while 15. 4% and 15. 4% in CPHcases and 11. 1 % and 11.1 % in CAH+LC cases respectively (P<0. 05). No side effects were observed ex-cept for slight local pain. Conclusion: This study indicates that kurorinone may be promising in the treat-ment of chronic hepatitis B.
