光量子血疗法对重型颅脑外伤患者红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察紫外线照射充氧异体血输注疗法对重型颅脑外伤患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：选择25例重型颅脑外伤患者，于伤后3，8，13d给予光量子血治疗，每次200ml、应用酵母多糖法检测患者红细胞C3b受体花环率（RC3bRR）及红细胞免疫复合物花环率（RICR），并观察感染发生率。同时与20例未治疗患者及20名健康献血员作比较。结果：光量子血治疗组RC3bRR较非治疗组明显升高，而RICR则明显降低。治疗组感染率较非治疗组感染率明显降低。结论：光量子血疗法可有效调节重型颅脑外伤患者红细胞免疫功能及降低感染率。To study the effect of ultraviolet irradiation of xeno-transfused blood (UlB) on RBCimmunologic function of severe head injury patients- Methods: The UIB (200 ml) was given to 25 cases ofsevere head injury at 3,8, 13 d after injury. RBC C3b receptor rosetter (RC3bRR) and RBC immune com-plex rosetter (RICR) were measured with saccharomyces inhibiting rosetter test. 2O cases of severe headinjury without treatment with UIB and 20 cases of healthy people were as control group. The rate of infec-tion between with UIB and without UIB was studied. Results: RC3bRR of with UIB group was obvi0uslyhigher than that of without UIB group, whereas RlCR was significantly lower than that of control. Therate of infection with UIB group was remarkably lower than that of without UIB group. Conclusion:Treatment with UIB could regulate RBC immunologic functoin in patients with severe head injury and de-crease the rate of infection complication.
