茶薪菇遗传模式和育种工艺研究

摘　　要：以鲜茶薪菇为材料,经担孢子弹射,稀释分离法获得37个单孢菌株。经单孢出菇验证其性遗传模式为异宗结合。再经单孢配对试验,得到了4种不同交配型的单孢菌株,单孢的极性比为9∶11∶11∶6。研究结果表明,茶薪菇性遗传模式为四极性异宗结合。经异核体菌株出菇试验,证实茶薪菇的性遗传模式是四极性异宗结合担子菌的性遗传模式。Discharging spore from the same basidiocarp ofAgrocybe chaxingu Huang, twenty -seven single- spore strains were collected by dilution isolation, and their yielding fruit - body test suggested that inheritance of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang is heterothal- lism. Then four different mating - type single - spore strains were acquaired by comparison of matched pairs, and their proportion was 9：11 ： 11 ： 6. At last, the heterokaron strain yielding fruit - body test suggested that the sex - inheritance of Stropharia rugoso - annulate is tetrapolar heterothatlism.
