摘　　要：采用Tencel纤维、涤纶与长绒棉等3种纤维混纺,不但改善了纱线的内在及外观质量,而且可以使不同纤维优势互补,提高了产品的技术含量。文章介绍了Tencel细旦多纤高支纱线的纺纱工艺流程,并讨论了各工序的工艺参数及措施。Yarn spun with multi fibers such as in blend of Tencel, polyester and long-staple cotton features improved internal and appearance quality, while different fibers compliment each other, adding extra value to the product. The article introduces the spinning process for manufacturing high-count yarn in mix of fine-denier Tencel, polyester and long-staple cotton, i.e. first making Tencel, polyester and long-staple cotton slivers separately and then blending them on drawing frame. Key parameters for each step of the process and measures to be taken to ensure smooth operation are discussed.
