特细号高密织物织疵成因及控制研究

摘　　要：介绍了特细号高密织物的特点,指出喷气引纬工艺特性决定了喷气织机对经纬纱的质量要求高,且对纬纱质量要求高于经纱。通过在喷气织机上织制不同品种的特细号高密织物,分析了特细号高密织物织疵形成的原因,并提出了控制特细号高密织物织疵的有效措施,为提高织造特细号高密织物质量提供参考。With the introduction to a high-density fabric spun with extra-fine yarn, the paper points out, the characteristic of air-jet weft insertion have decided that air-jet loom has high requirement on the quality of both weft and warp, and the quality requirement on weft is even higher than on warp. By weaving various varieties of extra-fine high-density fabric, the paper analyzes the causes of fabric faults on such fabric and introduces effective measures for controlling the faults.
