摘　　要：新发明SBS系列染固一浴法促进剂,是在突破纯碱和代用碱思路局限下通过创新和大胆的改变研发的产品。可在升温前后过程中一次性加入,节约两道以上水洗,色花层差大幅减少;利用抑制水解、缓冲缓释、渗透匀染、选择催化等作用,提供了与纯碱有所不同的反应环境,拓展了活性染料对温度适用范围;用量为纯碱的1/6～1/20,在碱度不完全一致的情况下,大红等某些颜色得色深艳,脚水更清,节能环保;色光变化基本都在控制范围之内,适用于多数公司的染料及其各种拼色。此外,该促进剂仅在减少色花、层差、返修、次品库存方面所获得的效率和效益就超过了使用费用,具有推广应用价值。The newly developed SBS series promoters for one-bath dyeing-fixing process are innovative products that can replace traditional soda and substitute soda. It is claimed that such promoters offer many advantages such as reduced washing cycle as they are added into the bath in ＂one-time＂ manner before or after heating, offering a reaction environment different to soda-based bath, which allows dyes to adapt to wider temperature range; reduced environment burden due to clear drainage as a result of low dosage is used, and help reduce dyeing defects such as colored spot and color difference.
