叔胺类化合物与K型活性染料的反应性能研究及其在真丝染色上的应用

摘　　要：使用高效液相色谱仪对3种叔胺类化合物(烟酸、异烟酸、吡啶)与活性红K-2G的反应性能进行了测试,并将它们用于真丝绸染色,对其催化效果进行了研究.结果表明:叔胺类化合物与K型活性染料的反应性能是决定真丝绸催化染色效果的重要因素,经叔胺类化合物处理后,活性红K-2G对真丝的上染率及固色率均有提高,且染色织物的各项牢度指标符合服用要求.The reactivity of reactive K-2G with 3 tert-amines respectively （nicotinic acid, iso-nicotinic acid and pyriding） was tested with HPLC, and the tert-amines were used in silk dyeing to investigate their catalysis. It was shown that the reactivity of the tert-amines with monochlorotriazine reactive dyes was an important factor determining the catalytic dyeing results of silk fabrics. Improved dye uptake and color fastness were found on the silk fabrics treated with tert-amines, and the various fastness indices of the dyed fabrics were satisfactory to garments.
