摘　　要：概述了纺织纤维油污的来源、去除原理和再沾污情况,对除油灵HD-228在不同条件下的除油效果及其应用工艺进行试验.结果表明:除油灵HD-228对棉和涤织物上的各种油污均有很好的去除效果,最佳使用工艺为:除油灵HD-228 2.0 g/L,碳酸钠2.0 g/L,90℃,45 min.The origin, removal and recontamination of the oily dusts on textile fibers were resumed. The effect of oil remover HD-228 under different conditions and the application process were experimented, The results showed that the oil remover HD-228 resulted in good removal of various oily dusts on both cotton and polyester fibers, It could be optimally used with oil remover HD-228 2,0 g/L and Na2CO3 2.0 g/L at 90℃ for 45 min.
