摘　　要：就当代中国而言,腐败现象已渗透到社会各个领域。面对全球日益严重的腐败现象,国际领域的反腐败司法合作不断加强。中国作为《联合国反腐败公约》的缔约国之一,为增强该公约的实际可操作性,从道德教育的加强、廉政监督机构的构建、刑事法律的完善等多层面入手,探寻行之有效的反腐败对策势在必行。As regards contemporary China, the corruption has already permeated through each field of the society. In the face of the serious corruption day by day of the whole world, the judicial cooperation of the anti - corruption of the international field is being strengthened constantly. As one contracting party of ＂anti corruption convention of the United Nations＂, in order to strengthen the actual effectiveness of tiffs convention, start with stage construction such as the enhancement, construction, completion of criminal law of clean government supervisory organ of moral education, it is imperative for China to pursue the effectual anti-corruption countermeasure.
