摘　　要：共同危险行为制度是现代侵权行为法中一项重要的法律制度。正确界定共同危险行为构成要件,明确举证责任的分配原则,合理确定共同危险行为人的赔偿责任,高度重视执法的良好社会效果,有利于推进我国法治建设的进程。The joint dangerous act system is an important law system in modem tort law. Defining constitutive requirements joint dangerous act of correctly, making clear allocation principle of proof liability, determining the indemnity liability of actor of joint dangerous reasonably and paying great attention to the good social effect of law enforcement is helpful to advance the progress of the construction of rule of law in China.
