摘　　要：本文采用双参数威布尔分布,利用可靠性系数、置信系数来估算飞机结构件的疲劳安全寿命,物理意义明确,过程简单。估算飞机结构件的疲劳安全寿命,对于飞机的安全使用、维护具有重要的参考价值。The double parameters weibull distributing is adopted in this article. During the calculating of a plane＇s components＇ fatigue safe life, we make use of the reliability modulus and the believe modulus. This calculating method is specific in physics meaning, and it is simple in calculating. The calculating of fatigue safe life has important reference value to the safe use a plane and maintenance a plane.
