摘　　要：通过对普通高校大学生体育锻炼习惯、体育态度、参加体育活动的目的的因素等进行问卷调查,了解沈阳普通高校大一、二学生终身体育思想的现状,分析其特点规律,提出教学管理对策,为高校的终身体育教育服务,为进一步深化教学改革,培养学生的体育意识、体育能力,提供参考。Though carrying on questionnaire investigation to university student＇s physical habit, sports attitude ,factor of the purpose to participate in sport activity of ordinary higher learning school, ect, understand the current situations of one, two large student＇s lifetime sports thought of ordinary school of Shenyang, analyse its characteristic and law, propose that it is the lifetime sports teaching service of the university to manage the countermeasure in teaching, in order to deepen the reform in education further, train student＇s sports consciousness, sports ability,offer reference.
