白嗉鸭种资源类群的保种和选育的学术思考

摘　　要：辽东白嗉鸭是在北纬44°以南、东经120°-128°的区域内发现的一个具有独特外貌特征和生产性能的地方鸭种资源类群。初步研究结论为:该鸭种有兼用型的体态特征和肉用性能特征。银灰羽是一个有特殊羽色标记的类群,其出生重及24周龄的体重均高于黑羽类群,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。文章对下一步的研究采纳保种与选育相结合的品种培育新理念,并选择了改良的群体继代法和父系半同胞选育法作为实施路线。White chest duck in eastern Liaoning province, discovered within the area encircled in the south of 44 N. L and from 120 to 128 E. L, is a local species with special character in appearance and production performance. It has a double - use body and good meat production. The white chest duck with silver gray is a special group whose body weights at birth and 24 weeks are slightly heavier than those of the black feather group （P 〉 0.05）. An idea that preservation and breed selection should be combined is proposed, and a plan in which methods of improved systematic ally and paternal line half sib are adopted is selected.
