摘  要:目的考察不同提取处理方法对咽喉炎复方抑制金黄色葡球菌(金葡)、绿脓杆菌(绿脓)、肺炎双球菌(肺双)和大肠杆菌(大肠)、抗氧自由基等作用及其总黄酮含量的影响并初步筛选治疗咽喉炎复方提取工艺。方法利用正交L4(23)表,体外抑菌法考察样品最低抑菌浓度(MIC);生物发光仪测定样品氧自由基抑制率;UV测定总黄酮含量。结果处方中,氧自由基抑制作用与总黄酮含量有较强的相关性;大部分抑菌成分为多酚羟基类成分,而生物碱和有机酸类成分的抑菌作用相对较弱;抑制绿脓菌的有效部位是50%醇溶的成分。结论初步筛选出处方提取工艺,以总黄酮和多酚类成分为主要提取成分。Aim To inspect the influence of different extration and sepration process on the activities of inhibiting bacterial such as staphylococcus aureus, shagreen,diplococcus pneumoniae and colibaciilus, and scavenging free radical, and the total flavanonoid content of compound prescription for pharyngolaryngitis. The optimized method of extraction and separation was preliminarily screened. Method With orthogonal design, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)was determined by vitro bacteriostasis. Antioxidative effects of the samples were measured by chemiluminescent(CL) method. UV determines the content of total flavanonoids. Results The antioxidative effect of the tested prescription was dependent on the content of total flavanonoids. Main active constitutent of inhibiting bacteria are polyphenols. Main active constitutent of inhibiting shagreen are the portion soluble in 50% alcohol. Conclusion Have got the optimized method of extraction and separation for the compound prescription. The extracted fundmental ingredient are polyphenols and total flavanonoids.
