摘 要:基于在盐酸介质中磺胺醋酰钠-亚硝酸钠-1-胺的重氮化偶合反应,利用顺序注射技术在512nm波长处监测不稳定的红色产物,建立了快速、自动测定磺胺醋酰钠的新方法。考察了影响化学反应的因素,并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。方法的线性范围为2~260mg/L,检出限为1.03mg/L,进样频率为100次/h。应用于磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液的测定,结果与药典规定方法对照,并经甜佥验证明,两种方法无显著性差异。Based on the diazotisation of sulfacetamide sodium (SAS) with sodium nitrite and coupling with 1-naphthylamine in 1.0 × 10^-2 mol/L HCl, a rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of SAS with sequential-injection analysis was proposed. The absorbance of the unstable red product of the reaction was measured at 512 nm. The linear range of the calibration curve for SAS was 2-260 mg/L, the detection limit was 1.03 mg/L, and the sample throughput was 100/h. The method has been used for the determination of SAS in eye drops of SAS. The results were statistically compared with those obtained by pharmacopoeia method.
