高频超声在肢体外周神经病变诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声在肢体外周神经病变诊断中的应用价值。方法用高频超声检查30例正常肢体外周神经和32例肢体外周神经病变患者,其中肢体外周神经损伤25例,肢体外周神经纤维瘤3例,神经鞘膜瘤4例。结果高频超声可以清晰显示正常外周神经声像图,高频超声对肢体外周神经病变诊断总符合率为90.6%(29/32),并总结肢体各类型外周神经损伤及神经纤维瘤,神经鞘膜瘤声像图特点。结论高频超声可作为外周神经损伤和肿瘤首选的检查方法,对临床治疗和选择手术方案有重要指导意义,值得临床推广应用。Objective To research the clinical value in diagnosing limb＇s peripheal nerve diseases with high-frequancy ultrasound. Methods Clinical data collected in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to May 2006. Ultrasonic image characteristics of 32 cases of peripheal nerve disease including 25 cases of peripheal nerve lesions, 3 case of neurofibroma and 4 cases of neurinoma were contrasted with that of 30 control cases. Results High- frequancy ultrasound can clearly display the normal peripheal nerves images and the diagnostic accordance rate of limb＇s peripheal nerve diseases was 90.6% （29/32）. The image characteristics of peripheai nerve lesions, neu- rofibroma and neurinoma were summarized. Conclusions High-frequency ultrasound should be original examination of peripheal nerve lesion and tumor. It is very helpful for making treatment and operation proposal and valuable for widely clinical using.
