摘　　要：A new coumarin glycoside was isolated from the ethanol extract of the barks of stem of Daphne giraldii Nitsche. Its structure was defined as daphnetin 8-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-（1 → 6）-β-D-glucopyranoside on the basis of spectral evidences.A new coumarin glycoside was isolated from the ethanol extract of the barks of stem of Daphne giraldii Nitsche.
