摘 要:为了在中国小麦品质育种中充分、合理地利用引进的品种资源,利用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)方法对引进的15份澳大利亚小麦品种、20份捷克小麦品种和20份黄淮麦区冬小麦品种的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成进行了分析和比较。结果表明:澳大利亚、捷克、中国小麦品种的HMW-GS变异数目分别为12、12、15;各亚基在3个国家的小麦品种中出现的频率有很大差异。在Glu-B1位点,澳大利亚品种含有中国20份黄淮麦区冬小麦品种所没有的7*+8、13+16和20亚基;捷克品种含有中国20份黄淮麦区冬小麦品种所没有的20和22亚基;但该位点,澳大利亚、捷克和中国小麦品种品质得分相近(分别为2.7、2.1、2.5)。在Glu-D1位点,澳大利亚和捷克品种中5+10亚基的出现频率分别为60%和80%,品质评分分别为3.4和3.9,该位点捷克品种品质平均得分显著高于中国品种。在Glu-A1位点中国品种具有较高比例的优质亚基1和2*(80%),该位点评分为2.7,显著高于捷克品种。In order to make good use of foreign varieties, the HMW-GS compositions of 35 wheat cultivars from Australia (15 varieties) and Czech (20 varieties) were analyzed by SDS-PAGE, and compared with some of winter wheat cultivars in Huang-huai region of China. The results showed that the number of allelic variations of HMW-GS in cultivars from the three different countries were 12(Australia), 12 (Czech) and 15 (China), respectively. The frequencies of these HMW-GS occurring in culti- vars from three countries were much more different. At Glu-B1 locus, there were some HMW-GS on- ly existing in cultivars from Australia or Czech and not in these Chinese cultivars. For example, subunits 7^* +8,13+16 and 20 in Australia and 20,22 in Czech. At Glu-D1 locus, the cultivars from Australia and Czech had higher percentage of good subunit 5+10(60% and 80% respectively), the score of them was 3.4 and 3.9, and the score of Czech was significantly higher than that of China; at Glu-A1 locus, there was higher percentage of good subunit 1 and 2^* (80%) among Chinese cultivars, the score of this locus was 2.7, and the score in cultivars from China was remarkably higher than that from Czech; at Glu-B1 locus, the score was close among these three countries, and they were 2. 7 (Australia), 2.1(Czech), 2.5(China), respectively.
