摘  要:针对某厂压制气化炉筒体SA-387Gr11C12钢板时发生的开裂现象,对SA-387Gr11C12钢板进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相组织和电镜扫描试验,认为钢板内部有密集的大块夹渣物和冷隔缺陷存在是造成SA-387Gr11C12钢板压制开裂的主要原因。Focusing on the cracking phenomenon while SA -387Gr 11 C12 type steel plate was shaped by cold pressed, used for manufacturing gasification furnace drum, the chemical composition, mechanical performance and microstructure of the SA-387Gr 11 C12 type steel plate were analyzed, meanwhile SEM was done, the results showed that the dense massive inclusions and cold -lap defects inside the steel plate were the reasons why it could crack while molded.
