摘　　要：城市带动农村,工业反哺农业是全面建设小康社会,实现国家现代化的必要途径。实施城市带动农村战略,必须从统筹城乡互动式协调发展上去考虑。西安应按照城乡联动的社会系统工程规划,积极探索城市对农村建设的多种带动方式,以产业为纽带,实现城乡经济协调与互动发展。It is necessary channel of constructing comfortable society standard and realizing national modernization that city leads rural and industry compensates agriculture. To implement strategy of city advancing rural must consider coordinative development of town and country. According to social systematic project of uniting town and country, it is important to explore various ways of city driving rural construction, to realize the economic coordination mutual development of town and country, taking industry as link.
