摘　　要：目的对多发性大动脉炎患者的眼部表现进行探讨。方法对收集的12例多发性大动脉炎患者进行眼科常规检查,利用眼底照相和荧光素眼底血管造影对其中有眼部表现的7例14眼进行分析。结果7例患者中眼部表现为白内障4眼,虹膜新生血管1眼,青光眼1眼,缺血性眼底改变3眼,高血压性眼底改变5眼。结论多发性大动脉炎患者的眼部表现可归纳为眼缺血综合征和高血压性眼底改变两类,视网膜血管变化可作为该病临床分型的一项参考指标。Objective To investigate the ocular manifestations of the patients with primary arteritis of the aorta and its main branches. Methods Twelve patients who were gathered with primary arteritis of the aorta and its main branches were examined in ophthalmic conventionality items. The ocular manifestations of the seven patients（ 14 eyes） were analyzed the images of taking retinography and fundus fluorescein angiogarphy. Results Of the seven patients（ 14 eyes） , the cataract was revealed in four eyes, the iris neovascularization was revealed in one eye, the glaucoma was revealed in one eye, the isehemie retinopathy was revealed in three eyes, the hypertensive retinopathy was revealed in five eyes. Conclusions The ocular manifestations of the patients with primary arteritis of the aorta and its main branches were generalize about the ocular ischemic syndrome and the hypertensive retinopathy. The retinal vasculopathy might be as a reference of the clinical major types PAAMB.
