急性呼吸衰竭和慢性呼吸衰竭患者血浆内皮素-1浓度的对照研究

摘　　要：应用放射免疫方法测定了42例正常人和19例慢性呼吸衰竭、11例急性呼吸衰竭（ARDS）患者血浆内皮素－1（ET－1）浓度。结果表明：与正常对照组相比，慢性呼吸衰竭和ARDS组血浆ET－1浓度明显升高（P＜0．001），而急慢性呼吸衰竭两组之间无显著性差异（P＞0．05），表明急、慢性呼吸衰竭两者虽在引发呼吸衰竭的病因不同，但共同表现为血浆ET－1浓度升高。提示血浆ET－1在参予两种呼衰的病理生理过程中，起重要作用。The levels of plasma endothelin-1 in a group of 19 cases of chronic respiratory failure and 11 caseswith adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and the values werecompared with those of 42 healthy subjects t The results showed that in compared with the control, plasma endothe-lin-1 levels in patients with chronic respiratory failure and ARDS were significantly higher (P<0.001). However,there were no significant differences in plasma endothelin-1 levels between the chronic respiratory failure andARDS (P>0. 05). It was demonstrated that though etiologic factors of the two respiratory failure groups were dif-ferent, they all showed high plasma ET-1 levels. It suggested that ET-1 plays an important role in the pathophysi-ology of the two respiratory failures.
