摘 要:光抑制是目前经济林光合作用研究中的热点,近年来无论是对其本质的认识,还是对其机理的研究都已取得很大进展.综述了光抑制的研究历程及作用机理,并概括了经济林光合作用光抑制的研究动态,从光照、温度、水分等方面探讨了经济林光抑制的影响因素,最后阐述了光合作用光抑制的防御机制(叶黄素循环、电子传递和活性氧的清除系统)及防御途径.Research on Photo-inhibition is currently hot in photosynthetic research of nonwood forest, and great progress in terms of mechanism of photo-inhibition has been made in recent years. History of researches on photo-inhibition and its mechanisms are reviewed firstly, as well as the research achievements of photo-inhibition in nonwood forest tree. And then the affecting factors of photo-inhibition in nonwood forest tree are introduced, including light density, temperature, water, and so on. Finally, the photo-protective mechanism of photo-inhibition, concluding xanthophyll cycle,electron transport and the scavenging system for reactive oxygen, and the approaches are summarized.
