摘 要:基于对炉内单排和双排换热器管阵列声传播特性的研究,分析多排管阵列对声波的反射、透射和衍射机理,利用数学推理方法和迭代过程给出了计算炉内多排管阵列声透射与反射系数的数学模型,研究多排换热器管阵列的声透射特性,揭示了炉内多排管阵列的声反射与透射系数随声波频率、管排数和管阵列结构参数的变化关系,并在炉内实际温度下对声透射系数进行数值计算,为锅炉管道泄漏检测技术和声波除灰技术提供了理论依据。Based on the study of the sound wave propagation through single tube-row and two tube-rows, the physical mechanisms of the reflection, transmission and diffraction characters about many tube rows are analyzed. By using of the mathematics consequence method and the alternation process, a mathematic model is established for calculating the sound wave scattered by many tube rows. The sound transmission behaviors of many tube rows are studied. The transmission and reflection coefficients of many tube rows vary with the sound frequency, number of the tube-row and the structure of tube array are calculated. It is revealed that there are some stop-band and pass-band effects on many tube rows when sound wave propagates through it. The stop and pass band distribution is related to many tube rows structure parameter of many tube rows and temperature in boiler. This paper is helpful to study the techniques of sonic leak detecting and sonic soot cleaning for the tube array in boilers.
