摘 要:为提高寒地水稻推广品种抵御低温冷害的能力,保证寒地水稻的安全生产,为新品系的提升或停试提供科学依据,开展了本项研究。研究采用减数分裂期恒温深冷水串灌方法和人工气候箱低温法,鉴定了黑龙江省水稻区域试验新品系孕穗期障碍型冷害抗性。2004—2005年共鉴定区域试验新品系45份次,审定推广4个水稻新品种,这些新品种生产表现良好。同时,阐明了寒地水稻抗冷性鉴定的必要性及应该予以考虑的问题,并对寒地水稻抗冷性育种提出了广泛引入抗冷性基因源,开展国际合作;早世代选择,跟踪鉴定;多种方法相结合,选育抗冷新品种等建议。This study was done to improve the ability of the rice cold tolerance and to insure it's production safely in cold regions. The methods of irrigate with deep cold water and low temperature in climatic laboratory at meiosis were introduced. During 2004-2005, 45 lines were tested and 4 of them were released. It showed that those are important to enrich the resources of germplasm with cold tolerance through international cooperation, to choose the ones in early generation and to make use of multi-methods in breeding of the new rice varieties with cold tolerance.
