Effects of Chilling Temperature and High Light on Photosynthetic Characteristics in Super-hybrid Rice(Oryza Sativa L.) and its Parents at Seedling Stage

摘  要:研究低温强光对两优培九和母本培矮64S(PA64S)以及父本中籼9311苗期叶绿素荧光参数和光合特性的影响。结果显示低温强光处理后,与父母本相比,两优培九的光合速率、PSⅡ原初光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)降低和光化学猝灭系数(qN)增加较少,说明在低温强光下,超级杂交稻两优培九吸收的光能能较多的转化为化学能。试验结果表明在苗期杂交稻两优培九在低温强光下具有超亲偏母本的现象。With the materials of super-hybrid rice "Liang you pei jiu" and female parent Peiai64S and male parent medial duration Indica rice 9311, effects of c and high light on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic characteristics were studied. Results showed that after treatment of chilling temperature and high light, as comparison with its parents, the decrease of net photosynthetic rate, PS Ⅱ primary photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm) and photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) and the increase of nonphotochemical quenching coefficient (qN) in super-hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu were less, which suggested that more light energy absorbed by "Liang you pei jiu" perature and high light. Results demonstrated that was converted into chemical energy under chilling temunder chilling temperature and high light super-hybrid rice "Liang you pei jiu" surpassed its parents and adopted from its female parent.
