摘  要:为了探明SOD、POD、PPO活性与棉花对红腐病抗性的关系,为棉花抗病育种提供理论依据,笔者在温室条件下,对不同棉花品种感染棉花红腐病菌后体内多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)3种酶活性的变化进行了测定,结果表明,棉株受红腐病菌侵染后,体内PPO、POD、SOD 3种酶活性均显著增加,抗病品种中棉29的3种酶活性均高于感病品种泗棉3号,而且前者酶活提高的速度快于后者,提示PPO、POD、SOD的活性均与棉花品种对红腐病的抗病性密切相关,3种酶在棉花植株抗病中可能均具有较大的作用。The activities of polyphenol oxidase in the different tested cotton plants inoculated (PPO), peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase with Fusariurn moniliforme, the causal organism of (SOD) cotton red rot, were tested and analyzed respectively by applying artificial inoculation in greenhouse to explore the relationship between the enzyme activities and the resistance of cotton plants to the disease and to provide the evidences for the breeding of the disease-resistant cotton varieties. The results indicated that after being inoculated with Fusariurn rnoniliforme, the activities of the three enzymes in the tested cotton plants all rose obviously, and that the enzyme activities in the disease-resistant Zhongmian-29 were higher than those in the disease-sensitive Simian-3. Meanwhile, the enzyme activities in Zhongmian-29 rose more rapidly than in the disease-sensitive Simian-3. It was suggested that the activities of PPO, POD and SOD in cotton plants were closely related to the resistance of cotton plants to the disease. The three enzymes played an important role in the resistance of cotton plants to the disease. The results would be valuable to the identification of disease-resistance of cotton varieties and to the breeding of the diseaseresistant cotton varieties.
