摘　　要：采光计算依靠天空亮度分布,新一代天空亮度分布标准包含了宽广的、从密布乌云的全云天到无云天的各种气候状态。该标准被CIE(国际照明委员会)提议为室外采光条件的标准。本文介绍了CIE天空亮度分布标准并介绍天空模式的相关参数。新标准可以较好的描述任意一个地区的光气候状况。Daylighting calculations depend on the luminance distribution of the sky. The new set of sky luminance distributions model skies under a wide range of conditions, from the densely overcast sky to cloudless weather. This was the propose for the standardisation of exterior daylight conditions by CIE （Commission Internationale de ？ 6clairage ）. In this paper is described the formal concept of the relative sky luminance distribution and parametrisation to specify sky patterns. It can give a good characterisation of a daylight climate in arbitrary localities.
