摘 要:本文研究了5-Br-PADCAP与Cu(Ⅱ)显色反应的条件及其应用.实验表明,在溶液pH8.8±0.5时,在常温下,CU(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADCAP迅速地形成稳定配合物,试剂和配合物的最大吸收峰分别于458nm和560nm.Cu(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADCAP的配位比为1:2,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.31×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Cu(Ⅱ)的浓度在0—12.5μpg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律.本文用锌试剂负载树脂将Cu(Ⅱ)与其他干扰离子分离,成功地测定了人发中微量铜的含量,其结果与原子吸收法相一致.A color reaction of copper(Ⅱ) with a new reagent 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-(5-(N,N-dicar-boxymethy) amino-phenol[5-Br-PADCAP],and its optimum conditions have been investigated. It has been shown that the maximum absorption wavelengths of reagent and the complex are 458nm and 560nm respectively at pH 9. 00.The composition ratio of Cu(Ⅱ) to 5-Br-PADCAP is 1: 2.The appar-ent molar absorption coefficient is 1.3 ×105· Lmol-1·cm-1.“Beer”law is obeyed in concentration range of 0-12. 5μg/25ml. The interfering ions are separated by Zincon loadedresin.This method has been used to determine micro copper in human hair.The results are favorable agreed with that obtained by AAS.
