摘  要:目的:研究UCP2基因启动子区-866G/A的多态性与中国北方人肥胖的关系。方法:采用PCR及PCR-RFLP方法检测101名正常人的UCP2基因启动子区-866G/A的多态性,测定空腹血糖、胰岛素、血脂、体重及身高,计算体质指数(BMI)。结果:(1)-866G/A基因型频率在中国北方正常人群的分布为,GG31例(30.7%)、GA46例(45.5%)、AA24例(23.8%)。(2)在正常组及超重肥胖组-866G/A的三种基因型频率分布无明显差异。(3)-866G/A多态性的三种基因型的BMI与肥胖相关的表型空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血脂差异均无显著性。结论:(1)中国北方人群的UCP2基因启动子区-866G/A基因型、分布与日本人相似,与欧洲白人及高加索人群差异存在显著性。(2)未发现UCP2基因启动子区-866G/A多态性与中国北方人肥胖的关系。Objective To investigate the relationship of UCP2-866G/A polymorphism with obesity in northern chinses. Methods The UCP2-866G/A polymorphism was detected by PCR and PCR-RFLP in 101 normal northern subjects. The fasting serum glucose, insulin, lipid, body height and body weight were measured and the body mass index (BMI) was then calculated. Results The distribution of UCP2 polymorphism in normal northern subjects was GG31 (30,7%), GA46(45.5%) and AA24(23.8%), There was no significant difference of the genotype frequency of UCP2 -866G/A between the normal patients and the patients with overweight and obesity. There were no significant differences in terms of BMI, post glucose, insulin and lipid among three genotypes of UCP2-866G/A. Conclusions There was no significant difference of the distribution of UCP2-866G/A polymorphism between Northern Chinese and Japanse but significantly different with white Europeans or Caucasians. The obesity of the Northern Chinese was not associated with the polymorphism of UCP2-866G/A.
