摘 要:为了解决发动机转速传感器插座由于壁厚不均匀且带有嵌件而带来的注塑成型缺陷问题,研究了其模具设计与加工方法。首先在该塑料件结构分析的基础上,测试30%的玻璃纤维增强尼龙(PA)66的性能参数;然后根据塑料件制造精度和安装要求设计模具的型腔数目和分流道,并利用Moldflow实现浇口位置的合理选择。综合考虑零件的特点和嵌件的安放等因素设计了模具结构,并对模具工作零件的数控加工过程进行刀路轨迹仿真。结果表明,该模具结构合理,可以生产出符合技术要求的发动机转速传感器插座。In order to solve the problem that there was injection moulding bugs on the prorducts caused by the unevenness of the thickness, and the embedded part in the socket of engine rotating speed transducer, the mold design and its manufacturing method was researched. First, the performance parameters of the glass fiber reinforced nylon66 ( GFRPA66 ) were measured based on the analysis of the structure of the plastic part. Then the pocket number and the sub-runner were determined according to the accuracy and installation requirement, and the injection gate was optimized by Moldflow. The mold structure was designed by considering the part features and the embedded part installation, and the cutter trail was simulated for the shaping parts. The results showed that the mold skeleton was reasonable, and it could meet the requirement of the socket of engine rotating speed transducer .
