摘　　要：在创建和谐社会的背景下,天津瑞景居住区瑞秀小区规划在空间布局、环境景观、建筑单体、施工技术、科技创新等方面均考虑到低收入群体的实际需求,以服务于民、让利于民、节约型设计为理念,体现了对低收入群体的人文关怀。Under the background of building harmonious society,the planning of Tianjin ruijing community ruixiu plot take humanities concern in the spatial layout, environment landscape, building monomer, construction technology, technical innovation by the harmonious society＇s idea to the low income community.
