摘　　要：日本右翼势力不仅在战前"60年"划出了一道"孳生""膨胀""肆虐"的祸世劣迹,致使中日两个东亚大国长期交恶和战争,而且在战后"60年"又清晰地留下了一条"削弱""复活""抬头""蠢动"的复活轨迹,再度将已修秦晋之好的中日关系推入了低谷,其两个"60年"可谓一脉相承。如何排除日本右翼势力对中日关系的干扰,进而确保亚太和平特别是东北亚区域安全,无疑是摆在亚洲人民特别是日中美三国人民面前的一项历史性任务。The rightist force of Japanese not only passed through the evil locus of ＂evil creature- swell -wreak havoc＂, it also made the two great East Asia countries of China and Japan enemies for a long time in the ＂ 60 years＇before the World War,but also kept the revive locus of ＂weak - revive - raise head - wriggle＂, it pushed the Chinese and Japanese relations into low ebb again in the＂ 60 years＇after the World War. The two＂60 year＂are traced to the same origin. How to eliminate the disturbance of the rightist force of Japanese disrupted the Sino - Japanese relations and how to ensure the peace of Asia - Pacific special Northeast Asia regional security , it will be a historic task for the people of Asia special the people of the three countries - China, Japan,and the U. S.
