摘　　要：党的宪法理念的先进与否对我国宪法的创制和实施以及民主宪政建设的进程至关重要。党的宪法理念同中国革命和建设的历史进程相伴而生,并因社会历史条件的变化而不断更新。其每次更新都折射出党在不同的时期对宪法本质及发展规律认识的不断深化。Our country＇s Constitution was instituted and enforced under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. The progressiveness of the constitutional concept of the party detennines the formulation and implementation of Chinese construction, and the progress of the construction of Chinese democratic constitutionalism as well. Constitution concept of the Communist Party of China Constitution concept of the Communist Party of China, and updated with the change of the social historical conditions. Every update always refracted the ceaseless updated deepening cognition of the Communist Party of China to the nature of constitution and its developing law of the different development stage. Carding and reflecting the evolutionary Carding and reflecting the evolutionary, historical processes of the constitution concept of the Communist Party of China, summing up its experience and lessons is very significant for the Communist Party of China to improve the ability and level to rule by constitution, and lead the construction of our country＇s constitutional government.
