摘　　要：随着现代科学技术,特别是网络技术的发展而出现的现代层面的文化——网络文化,是一种以计算机技术和通讯技术的融合为物质基础,以发送和接受信息为核心的新文化。由于网络文化兼具开放性、虚拟性、互动性、渗透性及共享性等基本特征,因而,在很深的层次上改变了人们的理解认知系统、价值意识建构的方式、内容和强度。With the development of modern science and technology, the especially network technology, the network culture has been appeared as the modem culture. It is the new culture that takes computer and communication technology anatomizing as the material basement with dispatching and accepting information. The essential features of network culture is opening, suppositional, nature and share. Therefore , it can change men＇s understanding cognition, valuable awareness , content and intensity deeply.
