摘　　要：目的 测定胃镜检查患者靶控输注丙泊酚的半数有效血浆靶浓度（EC50）。方法 选择胃镜检查患者60例．ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，按序贯法进行实验，最初血浆浓度设置为4μg／ml，浓度变化0．5μg／ml，计算丙泊酚的EC50及其95％的可信区间。结果 胃镜检查中患者靶控输注丙泊酚的半数有效血浆靶浓度（EC50）为4.5μg／ml.95％的可信区间4-5μg／ml。结论 胃镜检查患者丙泊酚的EC50为4．5μg／ml。Objective To determine the 50% effective concentration（EC50） of propofol target controlled infusion in patients undergoing gastroscopy. Methods According to sequential procedure sixty patients（ASA X - L1 ） undergoing gastroscopy was experimentized,initially the plasma concentration was installed 4μg/ml, the transform of concentration was 0.5μg/ml,evaluated the 50 % effective concentration（EC50 ） of propofol and confidence interval of 95 % . Results The 50 % effective conccntration（EC50） of propofol target controlled infusion in patients undergoing gastroscopy was 4.5/xg/ml, the confidence interval of 95 % was 4- 5μg/ml. Conclusion The 50 % effective concentrarion（EC50 ） of propofol target controlled infusion in patients undergoing gastroscopy is 4.5μg/ml.
